FAQ
Questions, answered.
The things families ask us most, before and after the first call. If yours isn't here, just ask.
Do you only plan full weddings?
No. Many families book us for everything, from the first call to the last guest leaving. Others book individual services, such as media only, decor only, or planning for a single event. Either way, you get one coordinator and the same care.
How does pricing work?
Every wedding is custom-quoted. After a consult call we put together a proposal built around your events, your guest count and the services you want. We don't use one-size packages, because no two families plan the same way.
Will I have to deal with the vendors?
No. Your coordinator manages every vendor on your behalf: sourcing, booking, contracts, payments and timings. You'll know who is doing what by role, such as your florist or your henna artist, and you'll only ever need one number.
Can you plan segregated events?
Yes, routinely. We plan separate seating, separate halls or entirely separate events, with sound, photography and service planned for each side from the start.
Do you have female photographers and videographers?
Yes. Women photographers and videographers are available for the ladies' side, the bride's getting-ready and any event where your family would prefer them.
Can you help arrange our imam and nikah?
Yes. We have connections with imams across the GTA and can help arrange your officiant, prepare the nikah paperwork with you, and set up a simple, beautiful ceremony space.
Which areas do you serve?
We're based in the Greater Toronto Area and plan weddings across Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, Oakville, Milton, Markham, Vaughan and the cities around them. We also plan weddings across Ontario, and destination weddings on request.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 9 to 12 months before your first event, especially for summer dates, when halls book early. Shorter timelines are often possible, so ask us even if your date is close.
How do payments work?
A deposit secures your date, then the balance follows a clear payment schedule set out in your proposal. Interac e-Transfer and wire transfer are preferred.
Can we book just one event, like a nikah or walima?
Yes. A nikah on its own, a walima, or a mehndi at home: we plan a single event with the same care as a full celebration.
What happens on the wedding day?
Our team is on site from setup to teardown, and your coordinator runs the day: vendors, timings, family logistics and the small things nobody else notices. You get ready, arrive and enjoy it.
Still wondering?
Ask us anything.
Send a short message through our contact page, or email us and we'll be in touch soon. If you'd rather talk it through, start your plan and book a consult call at the end.
Ready when you are.
Tell us about your events and we'll build a custom proposal around them.
